No I am not. I was told I would be communicated with and someone would look at my yard weekly and respray if needed until the problem was taken care of. Since the first time my yard was sprayed there has been absolutely NO CHANGE. The HOA are fixing to charge me for the looks of my yard. I am not getting the help I was promised. Very unfortunate that you can't back up what you sell to get me to sign. If I am not commuicated with shortly, I will cancel service and get someone else.
