Honestly, I am not sure how I feel about Bell Cow. The first person who was sent out claimed there was something wrong with my (6 month old) unit which forced a giant melodrama and headache for me, along with more money out of pocket... when there was nothing wrong with my unit. But, that was not found out until more money was spent and a more experienced tech came out to look at the unit. I don't know if I should attribute it to the tech or is this an overall issue with the company? Overall I'm not pleased with the situation but the outcome was fine. The last tech who came out was amazing.
