Tim was very helpful! He explained everything to me. He looked at the damaged wood plank in my foyer and sprayed. While doing that, he noticed areas in the wall by the wood plank that looked questionable. With my husband"s help, he removed the shoe molding and baseboard, in order to spray. I appreciated his thoroughness.
