I am not happy with your service. In the past few months I have complain to you about your service. The first time about your agent claiming that we had an infestation of rats and we needed to get another special service done. This was truly not true.

Just recently one of your agents claim to have provided service when he did not. We have been with Terminex for years and this is not acceptable.
