The Technician that serviced my home was Corey Bamford and I was very pleased with his explanation of the services provided. However as a suggestion for future services by your technicians, they should be mindful of “zero lot “ property lines so that they can ask the home owner to ask their neighbour in advance for permission to allow the technician access to their property to provide full service to the customer ie. cleaning of cobwebs in the facia and soffit. This scenario happened to me after the fact and unfortunately only one side of my house was cleaned of cobwebs because of the zero lot line and no fault of the technician .
