Excellent first service call.

Very cordial man. Liked the fact that he didn’t come to the door when finished. Made sure gate was closed to prevent dogs from wandering.

Enjoyed having Trey come out for our first service. Was a very quick call but he was very knowledgeable and a nice guy.

Ben did a great job in the applications and explaining everything after the job was done. We are very happy with the service at this time.

The technician was very nice to deal with.
I have noticed a few ants around the back deck stairs. I haven't checked the front garden where there were many ants, but i did notice no ants now around my raised garden.

I am happy with Insight so far, as I have noticed fewer bugs and more dead ones. I will have to wait to see if there is a reduction in the rodent control. Excellent job in clearing the spiders and webs under the eaves. Looks so much better!

I was disappointed that I was not here when Rob came so I’m not aware of what was done. When I signed up with Ethan I mentioned that I would be going out of town at 10:30 that morning so he told me that someone would be here at 8AM but it seems Rob came at 11:30 so inside my garage was not done. Hopefully it can be done the next time a treatment is done. Donna.

Friday May 16 was my first visit from Insight Pest Solutions. Dillon Lowen and I went over an initial site review and he was very accommodating as I was having my house exterior power washed. He agreed to come later and arrived with Corey to help him. They were very efficient and gave me a brief summary of what they did.
Dillon followed up with a more detailed report and I contacted him a few days later to confirm anything that I should be doing.
A very good first impression I am hoping that we have good results.

The initial service was good. But two things made me give 3 star review.
1. The salesperson didn’t explain the agreement to me and pushed me to sign on the iPad. He didn’t tell there would be 4 visits and will be automatically charged for each visit. I only knew this when I got the agreement in email. It made me uncomfortable and felt like scammed.
2. I told the salesperson and the service person many times that my main issue is the chinch bugs in the lawn and showed the damaged area. Salesman said we can fix that. But I don’t see any treatment on the lawn. Service person spayed around the flower bed for ant control, but nothing for the lawn.

I don’t want to review in Google yet and hope I can get some explanation.

The service was excellent and they even took the time to explain what they are going to do.

I thought the service was great and that the employee was very friendly and helpful. He understood the problems in my yard and explained everything he was doing to resolve them.

Was very impressed with the technician’s (Dillon Lowen) knowledge, professionalism, and thoroughness. Dillon was also courteous, friendly and answered any questions I had without hesitation.

Brandon came and explained what he can do for us and went about his job qquickly and efficiently.we agreed to have him do the interior treatment next visit.

Pleased with our first service. I was not home at the time but Robert contacted me by phone and was very informative polite and respectful.

We received a service visit from Robert. He was informative and personable. He completed the service as described to us. We hope to see him again at future visits.

Not much work to do when he arrived. Colder out. Ants and maple bugs appeared about a week later!! Next time they will get them🙂.

Accommodating and inquiring as to my yearly and seasonal needs. Wasps, Spiders, Voles and Mice treated and Traps/Bait set.
