Brandon did a great job. He seemed to know his trade well and went right to work. I hope to have an enjoyable bug free summer. Thank you Brandon and the Insight staff.

We received a service visit from Robert. He was informative and personable. He completed the service as described to us. We hope to see him again at future visits.

Not much work to do when he arrived. Colder out. Ants and maple bugs appeared about a week later!! Next time they will get them🙂.

Your technician was very polite and did an very good job.

I am aware the service person was here and as far as I know no bugs or rodents, so the system must be working.

Accommodating and inquiring as to my yearly and seasonal needs. Wasps, Spiders, Voles and Mice treated and Traps/Bait set.

On time, found issues in my yard regarding pass, and everything was dealt with in a timely manner. The service was great.

Very happy with the job that Michael did. Wasn't impressed with the two previous guys. Was at the point of considering canceled the service.

I signed a 1 year contract with Insight Pest Solutions July 16, 2023. They charged me 4 times after they came to visit my house on Jul 21 and Oct 26, 2023, Jan 17 and Apr 5, 2024. I called them around the 20th of June, 2024 because there are still ants and spiders in my basement. They came on June 28 and charged me the 5th times before the 1 year contract is up. I called and asked why they charged me the 5th time before 1 year contract is up. They said because after the 4th visit on Apr 5, any call 12 weeks after Apr 5 is extra even the 1 year contract is still not expired which I don"t agree at all. Anyway, I recommended any people who deal with Insight Pest Solutions have to be careful and don"t give your credit card to them for auto charging. I will not use them again. The guy who talked to me on the phone today was not very friendly.

The main house looked good. But in specifically asked the tech to do the inside of our gazebo, and he did not.

The technician who came to my house was polite, pleasant and efficient. He spent extra time setting up a wasp bag. He worked hard the entire time he was here. I was very impressed!

To be truthful, I was disappointed with your service. I was told that you could eradicate any of my pests. This sounded wonderful. I have had an ant problem for some time. I have had it all through the treatments you have given during the warmer months. This spring, they were terrible again. The treatment does not seem to really do the job, except maybe for a couple of weeks or so. This is pretty frustrating to me. I have had the same kind of result when I have tried to treat them myself. I really thought I would be happier with your company's service.

i am fairly satisfied with the job however i still have ants and spiders at the front of the house on the deck also in the cabana there are still spiders.

Dan did a very thorough job. He arrived in the morning, asked if we had any issues, then proceeded to do treatments for spiders, ants, rodents and I think wasps. Very thorough and I believe our lack of bugs and rodents is a testament to this. E.

Very unhappy with the service during the last two visits out of the 4 included in the service agreement. I will not renew the agreement.

Thank you for the postponed service and quick acknowledgement that the service had previously been paid for even though you billed us again. Kentucky is very easy to work with.

Josh (think that was his name) checked perimeter of house and yard, found one area with a few ants -- treated those areas and a few others for prevention. All around pleasant and efficient guy.

We were pleased with our service yesterday. However, since the ground was too wet, we were told to call again on Monday to re-book in two weeks so the outdoor treatment could be completed. We will phone on Monday to schedule the follow-up appointment.

Friendly knowledgeable service.

Unfortunately, for one reason or another, we have never been at home when the inspection happened and therefore have never had the inside of the house inspected for pests. The last one (we were out of country) I was really hoping to have the inside inspected as we have had issues with bugs in the basement at this time of year since we moved in. We have no idea what kind they are or where they are coming from. I will mention though since we have been back, to date we have not seen any sign of these bugs so I am hoping that whatever was done on the outside of the house has curbed these pests.
