Zero effort made. Zero critter captured. Absolute waste of time and money. Refused to get up on ladder due to a few leaves from a tree. Called a chimney guy who located critter in first 5 mins and fixed the breach on the chimney - at half the price we’d already paid ABC to do absolutely nothing. Disgraceful.
