The true test of your service will not be known for several years and will be considered a success if I (or the next owner) get at least a 15 year period before I have to do it again. My only previous experience with termite fumigation was with your company in 2004. The yard next to my house is almost entirely covered with rocks (decomposed granite chips) on top of plastic. It was the same in 2004. When your crew did the fumigation in 2004 they pulled the rocks back down to the plastic and did not get into the dirt under the plastic. The crew that showed up on Wednesday, May 26 dug through the plastic and several inches into the dirt under the plastic. The plastic was (is) destroyed. When they came back to reverse the process, they mixed the dirt and the rocks and discarded the plastic or mixed it into the dirt/rock mixture. Before this process my yard was clean rocks on top of plastic. Now it is a dirt/rock mixture that will be tracked into the house whenever I go into the yard. I will now have to get new clean rocks to cover the dirt/rocks mixture. This should not have been necessary. The only part of this that should have been necessary would have been for the crew to pull the rocks back down to the plastic. A good seal could be obtained between the plastic and the tent. That is what your crew did in 2004.
Your shovel crew also broke one of my sprinkler pipes. That should not have been necessary.
I assume that the snafu with SDG&E was the fault of SDG&E.
