I have mixed feelings about the company. Originally I picked this company because of the reviews regarding their customer service. You pay the initial $185 fee, then each time they come (every 7 days) you pay another $115 for them to “check” the cages. We did this for multiple weeks/months (even one worker commented on how long this was taking) and each time they made a change they assured me this was definitely going to capture the animal. It has “no other way out.” Except the skunk/raccoon kept digging a hole right next to their cages. For them to come back I kept getting charged the $115. Every time they would say “well you signed the agreement.” What happened to customer service? Doing the job you are suppose to do? We even were charged $115 when the animal stole the bait (isn’t that their fault) without capturing it. We had them come out to measure for further animal proofing. I knew it would be expensive….but this price was a bit crazy. They also needed a majority of our landscaping ripped out. I found it funny they kept contacting me about signing the contract and moving forward with the animal proofing….due to the astronomical cost. Where was that gung ho customer service for catching the animal? The manager called me and basically said since I didn’t want to move forward with the proofing I should just have the cages removed. So after paying hundreds of dollars I am where I started.
