Dave, our technician, ALWAYS does a great job. Very professional and very thorough. We need "Joey" (I think that's the name Dave said) to come out and 1) make all of our Vent Covers the same color (been waiting for you to do this for several YEARS!) and 2) the seal/caulk around several of the vent covers has broken away. They need to be RE-sealed. We don't want roof rats getting in the house again! Thx.
