We contacted Suburban in early November after we found out that mice had entered our home. The supervisor and tech arrived and surveyed the outside for openings, possibly plugged one, set up numerous bait stations in the house at sites where mice were found. Stations were set up outside as well. It is now March and I can honestly say the situation hasn't gotten better and possibly worse. We hear them in the walls which is unnerving. We still find droppings under the stove top and broiler area, under the sink and in the dining room radiator. Recently Tristan came and thoroughly checked every station, checked the outside of the house with me, explained all his findings and didn't just drop bags of bait around the house without checking what was going on with the previous work. his fine work, I don't see much of a change in the rodent activity. True, if we call for a check, someone will be sent to check the house but at this moment I see most of what has been done hasn't changed the situation very much. Sorry to say, we expected more effective results from the treatments after four months.
