I called as a new customer to report a yellow jacket nest in my siding and they responded immediately. The technician arrived the next morning and solved the problem. He was polite, professional and explained what I should expect. Their customer service and quality of work is superb! I highly recommend them. In fact, I already have to my good friend and neighbor.

I can tell a good company by how the workers take care of customers or potential customers. Miss J. Williams who took my call and set me up for service is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. And Mr. Reuben who actually came and performed the service is very professional and well trained. He walked me thru the process and I immediately saw the results after a day. Thank you thank you !!!

Inspector was unable to find nesting termites, even though there had been insect activity under the pulled back carpet. Another inspector from different company found live insects. I paid Suburban Pest $150 for an inspection that was WRONG AND USELESS. They should have offered a refund as soon as I notified them.

The first initial inspection that was done by your pest control person on Friday, April 16, 2024 was not extensively done but the pest control person that you sent for follow up inspection on Wednesday May 1, 2024 did a thorough inspection and was satisfied that he did a good job.

The men who cleaned our disgustingly dirty vents were wonderful. Very respectful of our space, protected our equipment and made sure the office was left in better shape than when they arrived. The before and after pics were quite astonishing. Scary that we had not had this done for so long. The improvement was immediately noticeable. Loved them.

The first visit was average. The technician explained to me the different things he would do and made a suggestion as to where the entry point would be coming from. He only covered one area which was in the closet. All the other areas had already been covered and there was no evident entry point. Under my sink there is a really big entry point because of a main water valve. I wasn’t advised or given suggestion as to what to do but to place bait and glue traps. I had droppings in my kitchen sink and my couch.

It started by the service technician showing up late 40 minutes after the appointment time. I had to leave work early and go through issues with my boos at work to be at home on time. Other item, the guy didn't want to wait for couple of minutes for me to remove the mattress from the bed and couple of wood pieces so he can access the baseboard end pipe to close the gap. Well, most baseboard pipe are usually at corners where beds or furniture are and they need to be removed. But he was rushing me saying "will do it next week".... Seriously!!! I am paying over $700 for this service. I need work to be done 100% to get rid of mice and if any gaps are left open, then the problem is not resolved. Even to remove bottom drawer of a dresser seemed to be an issue with him. He said the side of the dresser will block the baseboard. When I removed it, it was accessible. All he cared about is to get done and go home... he is just an employee with a job and a paycheck. I am a homeowner with a serious problem paying serious money to solve the problem. It was bad service!

Rick was professional and very knowledgeable. Rick and Jeff helped me understand how to prevent rodents and other critters from entering the house and what to look out for. Got rid of some wasps hives and sprayed for insects. Highly recommend!

I do have one big complaint though. In the course of checking out the house the technician broke our kitchen light fixture
Now we have no light for the kitchen and have to spend time getting repair estimates.

Unusual type of service: arriving on an unscheduled day, when we have other professionals scheduled to work on exterior of house. Didn’t check in with me to briefly discuss plan or problem areas. I have no idea what time they arrived and what time the left. This is definitely not what I had envisioned and I do hope it does not happen again.
