The service on the 2nd call was excellent. The first call your technician did not have the correct information about the location of the problem. We had given very specific and detailed information on the problem. But none of the information was relayed to the service technician so the first visit was a waste of everyone's time. Also please send the receipt that shows the bill paid in full.
