I've been using Terminix for several years. The people are always courteous and prompt. They always remember to close the gate to my backyard after they leave - which is important to me because I have pets. They are also always sensitive about spraying near my frog pond. It's a very small pond (glorified puddle) but I love listening to the frogs at night and I don't want to take chances with chemicals affecting the frogs. They always check to make sure my pets are inside before they start.
