Service has been delayed or rescheduled with no prior communication. When calling, most often you have to leave a message and do not get a return call until the next day at best. If you are not home when they come to service, you don't know if they even came or what they did if anything as they do not leave a door hanger. Only had this service for 2 months and with pool cleaning companies on every other corner, you would think they would do more to earn your business and keep customers satisfied. Not a happy customer and service is being canceled after this month as service has been paid for the month already.
