Overall the service failed to deliver results, and services fell far short of competitors. Services started on 1/13. The tech came out and spent less than 5 minutes onsite out of their car to place the trap. I called in to ask for another tech to provide a review on 1/15 since I was uncomfortable with the service provided and concerned it would not result in a capture of a skunk under our deck (no "indicators", only one trap on my very large deck with multiple entries). The lady I spoke with on the phone informed me that the tech is an experienced "professional" and that the trap location would be reviewed in 7-10 days. After providing feedback that the tech only spent 5 minutes reviewing my property, provided no indicators, and NEVER walked around the entire deck, she still refused to provide any additional onsite assistance without an additional $99 charge. I obviously refused since I feel that initial services were not provided as promised. She said she would share my concerns with the ops team, and get back to me - I never heard from her again. After 8 days of no capture and continued smells inside my home I decided to reach out to a competitor. The competitor set multiple traps, used multiple baits, and limited entry/exit points around the deck (with pass through traps). They set traps on 2/21. Two skunks were captured by the AM of 2/22. I called to have ABC's traps removed from my property on 2/22. Ultimately, ABC failed in delivering services to remove the skunks, and in providing customer service when these issues were brought up for review.
