Website says, "Additional visits between scheduled quarterly visits at no additional charge." When I needed their help to come back that's when they let me know it's only for inside problems. Untruthful advertising, and I suggest the following edits: "Additional visits for INSIDE of property (excluding decks, garage, etc...) between scheduled quarterly visits at no additional charge. Then you would be truthful, and customers could accurately compare services.
