Juan recently came to my home to check for pests, rodents, black widow spiders and more. He called my home before he came to remind me that he was on the way. He politely waited at the front door for me to answer it when he arrived. Juan always has a very cheery attitude and takes time to have a friendly little chat before he starts to do his work. I always feel happy when I see him and talk to him. He always makes sure that he explains what he will be doing as he begins to move about on my property… doing treatments where needed and checking for the presence of any possible rodents. When he is done, he kindly rings my doorbell again and reports that everything is fine and if I have any concerns or problems in the future to feel free to contact him through the (Bug Man) phone number. He is always so thorough yet quick to do a great job! I greatly appreciate Juan’s efforts to do the best job possible! I highly recommend Juan and the Bug Man service to other people who want to keep their property safe and in excellent condition!
