I was very disappointed to hear that Jim Villerme had retired, he was the very best technician I have ever had. His replacement was here yesterday and was done and handing me the bill in approx. 10 minutes. I mentioned it to him. His response was that he didn't have to brush for cob webs.. So I will be keeping an eye with future visits, so at this point I'm at a wait and see position.
