I was happy with the service once I was able to get an apt. Staff was professional and courteous. It took a week to receive a call back after leaving several messages with the answer service. The number rang no less that 9 times before I receive an automated message and was automatic put on hold. The initial message at the 9 rings said for EXPEDITED service visit the website. I visited the website and sent e-mails daily with no response inside of a week. Once I received a call back it took no less that 4 days to get an apt. I consider this a very poor first impression and lack of customer service.
