The service men are terrific. Knowledgeable, clean and pleasant. The only thing that bothers me is that I receive no invoice for your appointments. I need these for my files. Also, I said I would like to have a contract for service when I am gone for 6 months. The gal told me she would send contract. It's been 1 1/2 months and I have not received a contract. I don't understand their billing system????
