I have a long relationship with Alternative Pest that began with an Orkin man... When we first moved to our home, we discovered evidence of termites, I called several companies for evaluation. When the fellow from Orkin came here, he stated that the termite damage was old and the home had likely been previously treated. He asked to use my computer and looked it up and sure enough, Alternative Pest had treated the home previously. I called them, they extended the previous warranty for us and have been out every year since- 9 years now. I am always happy with them, it feels like an old friend is coming to visit when they come out!
