I'm starting to be disappointed to the service because I have the system for pest control outside, they just fill in the tube and leave. They don't stop at knock at door to see if I need anything else of u have concern about the inside. Plus the don't do the perimeter of the house anymore and I had to take care of wasps nest and spiders by myself buying pest pesticides. So why am I paying the service if I buy and do their job. A courtesy call and/Or a follow up for the service will be appreciated and a stop from the technician at the door to check if everything is ok inside too will be grateful
They ask to rate the technician? I didn't even saw him or knew he did the service.
