The service has been unacceptable. 3 visits in a row and my leaf canister has not been emptied. 3 visits in a row no chlorine has been added, and after the 3rd visit the chlorine is very low; the pool will not stay clean until the next scheduled visit. The company was informed that we may be away for extended periods of time and therefore will not be able to take care of critical items (like chlorine) between visits. I hire pool service only because of that fact. I cannot use a service that requires baby sitting for the critical items.
