Let me start by saying that I think your team is very professional. I appreciate the prompt service for coming out when I see a problem. My only concern is when I first set up, I had a complete service (drilled holes in walls etc.) and that was like October or November. I called with my first problem spot just 2 or 3 months later. I know that with the previous pest company (that also uses Orange-type product) I had more than a year guarantee when I bought my house and they would still come out but didn't need to at all during first year. Again, Not angry, rather concerned that after a comprehensive set-up termites would show up so soon.
