Charlie came out to check for termites. What a nice and professional technician. He took the time to explain what my issue was. He explained that I didn’t have termites but that I might benefit from pest treatment. He explained he could not take care of the issue himself, but he referred me to the correct department and made me feel like the issue was going to be handled appropriately. I’ve already called back and set up an appointment for a pest evaluation and treatment.
