Home Paramount, We have been satisfied with your service, but ther is room for improvement. Communication was off. for example, I was given an inspection time oof 9-11 but the inspector was told 10-12 and never arrived until 11:37. Also we were told the service tech would have contract conversion forms for us to sign, yet the tech had no forms and didn't seem to know what we were talking about. I paid in full for the sentraguard system, but haven't seen the payment show up yet on my card account & its been 4 days. Was told by the inspector that the service manager woud call us regarding an installation glitch we wanted corrected, yet no one has called so I had to make an appnt for questions & corrections with one of your headquarters people. If I were grading our experience I would put it at "B-" because of these communication isssues.
