Welcomed your salesperson who said you could keep the pool clean for our VRBO guests. After 2 weeks of service, our first guest's first comment was, " I thought you hired a pool service." A photo from that guest looked bad; would have been detrimental to our new business. You took a photo of what you call dirt that looks exactly like what you had told me was algae. In that I may be confused, I asked for a call. All I got was a text suggesting I spend forty six hundred dollars on a new filtration system; ours, you say is DE. But, you directed I get rid of the new bag of DE media that was already on the property. So, what is our filtration system? Is our pool dirty like our guest claims? Waiting until a customer photographs the pool is a poor time to let us know you can't do the job.
