I am extremely disappointed in the communication on the day of treatment, specifically, no call when the tech was on his way which I was told would happen, and no follow up call by the tech after treatment which I was also told by the tech would happen. It will be two weeks tomorrow from treatment day and was told another tech would schedule a follow up to spray baseboards. No contact has been made to schedule this service which is part of the cost. It seems after I signed the contract and paid for treatment the customer service aspect was no longer important to HP. It is however important to me and would be instrumental in my decision to recommend your company.
