It was so-so. It appears that not all of the bait stations were checked. I am not sure if that is my fault because they were not all cleared of grass but it does not seem some were even looked for. Also the person who scheduled the appointment asked if I wanted the tech to call before he arrived, I answered yes, but it did not happen. I am not sure where the mix up was but there was a mix up. Because of my work schedule (overnights) I take naps during the day, so I like the call so I am prepared for the door.
