We had a terrible yellow-jacket problem. The nest was in an impossible location; completely inaccessible, and despite all efforts on our part to mitigate the problem, it just continued to worsen. There was a steady stream of wasps, then we started discovering them in the house. We called A-Academy; the first three attempts failed to make much of a difference; they switched insecticides and applied powder, and after doing that twice, the nest seems to be dormant. The A-Academy personnel were polite, helpful, informative, engaging and persistent. They said they would keep coming back, trying various methods until the problem was taken care of, and they did. As a seasoned remodeler and fairly experienced DYI person, I am used to dealing with nearly all problems (repairs) around the house; this one was beyond me. I can't say enough positive things about A-Academy. It's rare to find a company that "hangs-in-there" until everything that is promised is actually delivered. They did, and at no extra charge, which was amazing. I will definitely use them going forward for all related issues. Great job guys !
