I am very unhappy. After signing up with your service, we received our first treatment on 2/2/2021. Then, we were accidentally billed for service on 2/27/2021, despite the fact that the service did NOT occur. After calling to point out the billing problem, the receptionist removed the charge from our billing, but it still appears on the dashboard. Unfortunately, the receptionist did not notify the treatment personnel that our service had not been done, so we were completely overlooked for service this month. I called again today asking to have our bill on the website portal fixed again and to ask why our next service was overdue. I was told that the technician is now scheduled, but is going to a week late in meeting the 10 times per year service. This is very frustrating for a new customer. I hope future treatments are billed correctly and performed on time as promised in our agreement.
