Worst service imaginable. Didn’t show up on day when scheduled, then called me 45 minutes after time window to TELL me he’d be coming the next day, I explicitly told him he’d have to come 2 days later. Came the NEXT DAY ANYWAY, and sprayed my neighbors house. Not only that, I got billed for services not completed even though it was done on the wrong house (e.g, he was supposed to spray the inside and didn’t spray the inside of their house). So not only was the work done on the wrong house but didn’t even do all the work. THEN when talking to management after a few minutes of back and forth I was only offered half off… AFTER HOURS OF DEALING WITH THIS WHOLE SITUATION AND AN ANGRY NEIGHBOR. Also told technician to fix work done to neighbors house which they didn’t do… worst experience ever and management was less than helpful. Terrible experience never again.

The technician didn’t do anything and didn’t even go around the house. Simply parked his car for 15 minute and left claiming that he did the service. I have cameras around my house to prove it.

I asked Pest bear to do a roach cleanout. They told me after the initial treatment which is several hundred dollars they would come back every 2 weeks until the infestation is gone and the property can go on to normal service after about 6 months. They did do the clean out and followed up twice but had no feed back after that and they had NOT eradicated all the roaches. I kept calling and mangers were sent out etc etc. Still have a problem and NOW they want to charge me for another cleanout when it is there fault for not following through. The office that had my account has now passed it to another office and didn't do a hand over so they have no idea what's going on. Needless to say the account has been closed and I want nothing to do with this company ever again.

I had hoped that our weeds would die off. I think more poison needs to be used on the lawn. This does not seem to be any more effective than Trugreen …..

So far I'm not really happy with the service, I have more weeds in my front yard than before and I am seeing more bugs in my house. I did nt see a lot of change in my yard when I had Massey but now seeing all the weeds in my front yard so at least when I had them I did nt have all these weeds.

Scheduled to treat yard between 8-12. No show. Tried to contact the service provider but he didn’t respond. Called office after 12. Wanted me to wait longer and they would contact the service provider. Already wasted half the day waiting for someone that didn’t show up. Was told they would reschedule yet again. Been over 6 weeks. Still haven’t had the yard treated. Not even rescheduled yet.
