SHAME on this company. Been a customer for 8 years for termite prevention. Bait stations all over the property. At 10:30pm last, TERMITES started SWARMING out of the bathroom vents (2 different bathrooms) as well as the home office vent. TERMITES - MULTIPLE ROOMS. LITERALLY swarming, FALLING all the ceiling, onto the floor, in the toilets.... I have a houseful of kids and pets. THIS is 100% UNACCEPTABLE. How does this happen???

We called them at 8:30am today (Tuesday) - the Cassleberry office and the Orlando office. Got voicemail at both locations. We called the 800 number on the bill. Finally got a human - but guess what she said. The SOONEST they can get here is THURSDAY.

All of the SAME DAY SERVICE and "EMERGENCY PEST CONTROL"? Yes, those are in fact just "words". This "family owned company" clearly doesn't care about standing behind their promises; they don't care about YOUR family. All they want is your money.

No, I am not happy at all with PestBear company. They cost me thousands of dollars in damages (had to replace my entire front lawn) because of the lie which they sold me. And today 04/03/2025 one of their people came over without my permission and knowledge and sprayed who knows what on my brand new sod that is barely 2 weeks old. I DO NOT Recommend PestBear company to anyone.

The lawn is more green than before although it is unclear if this is a result of recent weather. We started with some weekday and after application the front was covered with more weeds than we have seen. I literally am spending hours picking them. The tech said he come out and spray last week again yet he was a no call and no show. I reached out to him again over the weekend and still no response. This is a disappointing start.

Honestly, I have never seen my lawns look so bad. I just had service a few days ago and after contacting the tech and voicing my opinion on the weeds I am experiencing, he said a follow up would be done in two weeks as he didn't have anything with him to combat the problem. Two weeks? When you have an issue, I think it would be best if you addressed it right away.

I am in the process of evaluating whether to apply lawn fertilizer and weed block myself as I think I can do a better job than what's being provided.
