I would like to express my appreciation to Larry from the Casselberry location, for coming to my home to review and discuss the condition of my lawn. He was very generous with his time, and offer several suggestions regarding ways to restore my lawn back to vibrancy. Although my lawn does not resemble what I was expecting, I am hopeful by following Larry’s advice, it will be healthy and growing in the future.

Thank you for asking. First, the people I dealt with were excellent. Roger, Kelly, Justin and Abraham were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They represented your company extremely well. Second, since your service started on August 1st, I haven’t seen any improvement in my lawn. Perhaps after only one application, is too soon to see results. Time will tell.

Not happy, was told they would come back and spray for weeds, never happened. Called again talked to Rep and got no call back, so cancel my lack of service from your company. Got information from a company that charges only $45/ month.

DONT NOT USE PEST BEST!! This company is very sneaky! We contacted Pest Bear back in 2022 because we found out that we had termites. They"re supposed to be experts, but all their expert is lying and misleading! We were told that we had a type of termite so we paid to get it corrected and then I have been in contact with them several times over the last two years because the issue still to this day is not fixed. Comes to find out we actually have a different type of termite now I know you can get different type of termites throughout the process, but the problem that we were experiencing back in 2022 IS STILL THE SAME! One of the managers Rob informed me that on our contract we signed preventative.. I asked him what about the photos that I have from back in 2022 and he informed me that the dates on the photos could be changed… That we could not use that as evidence that they misled us. I"m sorry that your company misled us into signing the wrong type of contract because we"re not familiar with this. You guys should have your licenses taken away. I am beyond disgusted. Now I have even more of a problem that I thought was being fixed this whole time, but you guys are a bunch of Liars.

If you like to waste your money and be taken advantage of use them, but if you want great service and see results I would contact somebody else. That knows what they"re talking about.

My lawn was flush and full a few days after pestbear first visit, heron had been on my lawn for MONTHS with no change to my lawn except burnt spots.

Pestbear did their thing and I couldn’t be happier customer service and their lawn care team is AMAZING!!!

Not entirely. Some of the services are not always performed, like removing the cobwebs from around the door and the front porch. We spoke with our tech last week and this has now been done after we called him back, hopefully in future we wont have to.
The only other item is that you keep sending and invoice for aeration, which you did while we were abroad, without asking if we wanted it done, which we dont. We will not pay that part of the invoice. Mrs. Hillier.

The last treatment was much more effective than the first treatment. I am still seeing roaches mainly in the morning. I still have many roaches outside my camper. I'm told that the tech and supervisor are supposed to be here this coming week but I have not heard when. The sooner they can contact me and would the better.

Too early to tell, but I am disappointed that the sign you put in the yard got taken from the yard the next day. Is there any way someone could go place another sign in the yard. THE HOA is after us and the sign will help them understand that we are taking steps to remedy their concerns. Please help?!?!

I notified the company about the Issue: "My shrub leaves turn brown, Can this happen after your last wead treatment service? Can you help to fix this issue? " Technician" LARRY ARCENEAUX" came to my property, saw the plant, and said this happened from pressure washing using chemicals. I contacted the company that did the pressure wash and he said "We only did the concrete we did not wash the house. Also, he said, "There is no spotting spotting is a plant disease". I wanted to have a second opinion, so I took a couple of pictures of the shrub picked up a few of the leaves, and brought them to the "Lucas Nursery". They completely denied the version LARRY ARCENEAUX. I do not trust the company in which people lie to me.

Robert, the gentleman that sprayed my yard, was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant.

I think I should be able to determine the quality of your product compared to my previous service within the next three or four months.

In the meantime, I ask that you reduce the number and frequency of e-mails. I've been a customer for three days and received eleven e-mails.
