I was very pleased with Jason, the pest control person from Earthwise. He came at the time that was promised, quickly assessed the situation, and indicated what he felt needed to be done. Because the yellow jackets were already very active, he scheduled an appointment for earlier the next day to do the job. The dust he used appears to have done the trick and the metal he used to block the access is working. The cost was the initial estimate ($150), which was less expensive than quotes I had received from others. A different pest control outfit I had used a few years before was expensive, tried to raise the price at the last minute, did poor work, and generally left me feeling unhappy and feeling they were untrustworthy. Earthwise is professional, does good work, and is trustworthy. Earthwise deserves 5 stars.
