I can't comment on the service because I'm not sure if service has been performed! Nothing has been left indicating a visit by service personnel has occurred, nor have we seen anyone come and service the pool. We are presently removing debris from the bottom of the pool ourselves. How often does a service person come? Is it weekly, bi-weekly, monthly? What is performed? We are still waiting for evidence that our pool is actually being attended. We started our service contract and changed to salt water system. We immediately had error messages about low-flow and reported it. Someone did arrive a few days later to look at the problem, but after a short while we realized they had left and we weren't informed what the problem or any fixes were. We haven't been aware of anyone returning since that time. We are both retired and usually at home, but that's not 100% of the time, so someone could service the pool without us being aware. It would be nice to receive a card , note, or report of some kind, indicating that someone had been on the premises, what was performed and how the pool was doing or what had been done. We are first time pool owners so we may not be aware of how pool service contracts work, but logic tells us that this is not good practice. I would have preferred not to have had to choose a star rating with this first review, but it was required. It's not a good feeling to have paid for the entire year and now are not sure if we are actually being serviced. We are certainly questioning our choice.
