The customer service representative was extremely rude! Her tone indicated that she truly needs customer service training and empathy for individuals in need of HVAC repair. She should understand that these are individuals who are unable to live in their homes with sweltering heat after paying over $1,500 for repair. I will never use Bell Cow as a contractor and is will not be because of the repair job but because their representative was rude and does not know how to talk to people.
