Dear Terminix, I've been a customer with you for many years for my other home which is now a rental, and have always been happy with the service. However, this initial spray service for our permanent residence (173 Wilson Circle, Minnesott Beach, NC), was not quite up to what I expected. The service technician was nice, but apparently this was not his usual area, and his spraying seemed superficial at best. I walked around with him to make sure he knew all the areas of concern, but even then, he missed some areas. For instance, he barely sprayed inside the three garages I have, and sprayed the outside edge of the rear deck, but not along the rear edge of the house where the deck touches the house, which includes a screened-in patio. Then yesterday, I saw more cockroaches in the attached garage than before he sprayed!
