Disappointed in several ways (1) only 1-2 Installers could speak good English; (2) can not blame them for job being more than 2 days because of the Heat BUT some more informing of stages instead of ' we come back tomorrow ' ; (3) could not understand our complaint of ' how did water get on floor in attic ?, simply said ' we did not do it ' when my A/C man determined they seperated a pipe causing condensation to overflow, and (4) when I asked if they sealed entry where birds got in, they said ' call Office '.
