So far, I've had an excellent experience with Terminix. Michael Stroud, consultant was very knowledgeable and thorough when it came to explaining services. He was also able to get a tech out to my residence the same day we signed the contract. Tray Cole, the tech was also very knowledgeable and explained in detail how the roaches could be getting into our home. We discovered they were hanging out in the attic and not only sprayed the attic but offered recommendations to prevent them (as much as possible) from wanting to nest up there. Both were very professional, and I felt comfortable with them in my home! I will be requesting Tray to come back out on future visits if possible!
