Your technician arrived prior to the "work window" provided by your office. He explained the entire process to my wife and me regarding the treatment that we had requested. He quickly performed the treatment both upstairs and downstairs and due to the rain that occurred earlier in the day he advised that he would re-schedule the exterior treatment for the next week.
