was not happy with tech comment on service report from last visit for lawn. i called due to a red ant problem by my shed which i figured should be covered by the pest control service i also "PAY" for. Would be nice to get a call from management to discuss the situation...... but, in todays world i would expect "no" follow up which would prove these survey's mean nothing.
