Kelly is fine. He's a nice guy and attentive. Good marks for him. I'm a bit concerned about the recurring armyworm or sod webworm problem. When we signed up, the contract was for 3 treatments in a row - that would be the standard for disrupting the lifecycle of these worms. That didn't happen. We were credited for the missed visit but I'm dealing with worm damage every year in the summer. The damage has been less this year, but the yard is still taking damage that can't be repaired other than re-sodding and I'm thinking the strategy seems to be more focused on knocking down the worms than obliterating the problem through aggressive lifecycle disruption. My neighbors don't have this problem. I'm going to have to put considerable money into re-sodding significant sections of the yard this year and I need to know that there is a plan to keep these pests from chewing up my yard every summer.
