Honestly, the terminix employee was not organized. They did not know my plan that they were doing a service for, I had to remind him multiple times what I paid for. He asked if I wanted upstairs sprayed which makes sense to spray all the time in my opinion (this was my first time, and I paid for the middle service) then he had to be reminded again to bait for ants in the yard and did not seem like they did the whole yard.
