Rediculous. Negative star rating. I hired JD to do a termite inspection to use to make a decision on purchasing a property. First inspector said he couldn't tell if there were termites because he couldn't get back in or know what was under the insulation, but they were in the garage. He also said he saw carpenter ants in a closet, but could not put it in the report because he was only there to check for termites. I complained to the office that a termite inspection "I'm not sure" was not acceptable. The second termite guy sent, said there were remnants of termites in the garage around the window. He told the agent that it was probably left over from previous termite treatment without determining if the house or garage had ever been treated for termites.
Well,turned out that the house and garage had never been treated for termites. So, it stands to reason there are termites. I wasted my money.
