I am very unhappy with your service of $4030.00 I was told that the water problem in the crawl space under the Sun room was extremely wet and a new plastic sheet was need to put on the dirt floor. Also, I was told that the insulation was wet and needed to be replaced. I got down on my knees and looked in the crawl space. I noticed There is no way of replacing the insulation since it is sealed up under plywood. I would liked to know why I was told that the insulation was wet and had to be replaced. Also, I was told by your two inspectors that the job would take a day to do. It took 3 hours. Probably because no insulation needed to be replaced. I feel an adjustment in the cost is needed based on the insulation problem.
