I did not know that your technician had already come and serviced the dehumidifier if that's what he did. They left no information as to what they found and did. Could you ask them to email a readout on what transpired. Was the dehumidifier not working? What causes it to stop working? This is not the first time. Do I have to make sure to check that little pipe outside against the house every week to see if the light is on? I am 81 years old and do not go in the basement to check this.
