My original contract required that you vacuum my pool at least once a month or every other service. You are no longer doing that. You changed the terms of our agreement without contacting me or getting my approval. You are also supposed to sweep down the sides of the pool and that is rarely done. Last summer my pool was so neglected that green and black mold formed and it took forever for you to take care of it. However, you finally did and it looks ok but we missed almost the whole summer being able to swim. Now, the service is mediocre. I keep you because of the salt water system and because you never got my approval to change the terms of our agreement, I do expect my pool to be vaccumed at least once a month.
