I give you this rating because it was to my understanding that you would get rid of these insects. They were suppose to be treating an area in the yard for yellow jackets. My significant other went back out there today and came back in with 3 yellow jacket stings. I think it wasn't treated. I paid alot of money for this first visit so I expected better service than that. Please take care of this issue promptly.
