I am a property manager at a large complex in Austin and am beyond displeased with the service Worldwide is providing. They miss service dates regularly, do not follow through on scheduled appointments, and fail to do thorough assessments/treatments when we have serious roach infestations. It is also nearly impossible to get someone on the phone when I call to complain or ask questions. Worldwide's incompetence is causing me to lose tenants, and they don't seem to care.
