This is an update to my review below regarding bed bug treatment (the previous review is unable to be edited).

UPDATE: 2/3/18 - The company owner reached out to me after I posted my review. Ultra Safe agreed to re-treat our home at no expense to us, given the ongoing infestation despite multiple treatments. They re-heated the upstairs 3 bedrooms, the couch downstairs and reapplied cimexa dust.
While we wish this problem would have been eradicated after the first few treatments (5 months ago), we appreciate the owner trying to make things right. The owner seems to genuinely care about his customers.
